We appreciate that it can seem a daunting task to try to find a new property, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area. We like to think we can help you as much as possible to make finding your new home a smooth transition for you.

The best starting point is to do some research to identify the type of property and area you would like to live in, once you have identified a suitable property, it is a requirement that you view inside the property before you can apply for it. If you contact the office, we will be able to advise of the showing time, we show properties throughout the week and show for a full day on a Saturday and advertise the time in the local paper (NT News).

Once the owner has approved your application then we will arrange a time for you to come into the office and sign the lease agreement, at this time we will also require you to pay the security deposit and first two weeks rent. We will provide you with a tenant pack that will give you all the information you need to get you started in your new home and provide details of how you pay rent, report maintenance and get the power connected at the property.
